Comic Request List · Phase 0.1
Browse upcoming comics through Manage Comics and send Dungeons & Dodgers a request before we place our distributor orders. Your requests give us better local demand data so we can stock more of what Fort Dodge readers actually want.
How the pilot works
Use or create your Dungeons & Dodgers customer account so we know whose request we are reviewing.
Look through upcoming comics and individual issues in Manage Comics.
Manage Comics may call the button “Pre-Order.” During this pilot, treat that as “Request This Comic.”
Your request enters our staff queue. We use those totals when reviewing initial orders and Final Order Cutoff quantities.
Powered by Manage Comics
If Manage Comics shows “Pre-Order,” your click sends a request for Dungeons & Dodgers staff to review. It does not charge you on this page.
Distributor deadlines, allocations, publisher changes, availability, and store review can affect whether we can get a book.
Manage Comics gives us a pending request queue. We can approve, decline, adjust quantity, or contact you if pricing or availability needs confirmation.
This first phase is for learning what our customers want. Full series subscriptions and the future paid pull-box service come after this workflow is proven.
No. Submitting a request does not collect payment. We are using requests to help plan our comic orders.
Not at this stage. We will separately confirm a reservation when we are able to commit a copy to you.
It gives us direct local demand information before we spend inventory dollars, helping us bring in the comics our customers actually want.
