Each category follows a different intake process. We use current buy lists whenever available, and every purchase requires an in-person physical inspection.
We do not provide remote appraisals or offers.
What We Buy
What we accept depends on the category and current demand.
We may buy an entire collection, select only certain items, or decline items based on condition, authenticity, completeness, inventory, processing time, and likely sell-through.
Comics
Keys, runs, back issues, modern collections, graphic novels, and selected bulk.
Video Games
Games, consoles, controllers, accessories, and selected vintage electronics.
Miniatures
Warhammer and selected miniature, model, and hobby collections.
Toys & Collectibles
Figures, statues, vintage toys, and selected pop-culture collectibles.
Games & RPGs
Selected board games, roleplaying books, boxed sets, and out-of-print material.
The Process
Prepare first. Then bring it in.
Check the Buy List
When a current buy list is available, use it to see what we are actively buying and how those items should be organized.
Prepare by Category
Follow the correct instructions below. Different categories require different sorting, packaging, parts, and condition checks.
Bring the Items In
Bring the actual items to the Dungeon. Processing time depends on category, quantity, organization, condition, and testing needs.
Physical Review & Offer
We inspect the items, confirm condition and completeness, and make an offer you may accept or decline.
Preparation Requirements
Use the instructions for the items you are selling.
Correct preparation makes the review faster and more accurate. Items requiring extensive sorting, removal from holders, matching parts, or testing will take longer to process.
Trading Card Games
- Use the current store buy list whenever one is available.
- Remove all cards from sleeves and binders before bringing them in.
- BCW card boxes are preferred for loose cards and bulk.
- Place every card facing the same direction with the top of each card pointing up.
- Keep buylist cards in the same order as the submitted or printed buy list whenever possible.
- Separate bulk commons and uncommons from bulk rares, mythics, holos, reverse holos, ultimate rares, and other premium rarities.
- Additional sorting by game, set, rarity, or card type will expedite the process.
Comics
- Use any current comic want list or posted buying guidance when available.
- Keep complete runs together and arrange issues in numerical order.
- Separate known keys and higher-value books from bulk issues.
- Keep boxes upright and packed securely enough to prevent bending during transport.
- Disclose missing pages, coupons, restoration, water damage, mold, smoke damage, or other major condition problems.
Video Games, Consoles & Accessories
- Include the correct cords, power supplies, controllers, cases, manuals, docks, and accessories whenever available.
- Keep matching systems, components, and accessories together.
- Disclose repairs, modifications, missing parts, damaged ports, disc-read problems, drift, or untested equipment.
- Account-locked, console-banned, insect-contaminated, swollen-battery, severe liquid-damaged, heavily corroded, or missing-serial-number hardware is not accepted.
- Final value depends on testing, completeness, condition, model, and current resale demand.
Miniatures, Warhammer & Hobby Collections
- Group items by game, army, faction, unit, or product line whenever possible.
- Keep bases, sprues, bits, cards, instructions, and matching parts with the correct models.
- Separate new-on-sprue, unassembled, assembled, painted, broken, and incomplete models.
- Disclose missing pieces, heavy glue damage, conversions, repairs, and non-original parts.
Toys & Collectibles
- Keep accessories, stands, weapons, inserts, certificates, packaging, and matching parts with the item.
- Separate boxed, loose, incomplete, broken, and repaired items.
- Disclose missing parts, odors, fading, cracks, battery damage, restoration, reproductions, or authenticity concerns.
- Do not aggressively clean, repaint, repair, or restore items immediately before evaluation.
Board Games, RPG Books & Boxed Sets
- Keep each game or boxed set together.
- Include rulebooks, maps, boards, cards, dice, miniatures, tokens, inserts, and other original components whenever available.
- Verify completeness when possible and clearly identify anything missing.
- Keep books and paper components dry and protected from bending.
- Disclose writing, torn pages, water damage, mold, smoke odor, missing components, or replacement pieces.
How offers are determined
Offers are based on physical condition, completeness, authenticity, current market activity, realistic selling price, customer demand, existing inventory, processing labor, fees, risk, and expected time to sell. Our review is for a purchase decision, not an insurance, estate, tax, authentication, or written appraisal service.
